Country garden earrings - a slight break from my usual earring tactic of threading beads onto a headpin, or onto an eyepin if I want extra dangles. Here, I sewed aluminium roses onto green braid celtic knot beads - quite pleased with the finished result.

Message necklace the third - here comes the sun. Couldn’t believe I could fit this onto a necklace! Aragonite (my new favourite!) and AB Czech glass, with a butterfly-shaped clasp for extra bonus sunshine. Message reads from the bottom, to the right of the clasp.

I don’t want to lose the burst of creativity I gained from the Bead Soup Blog Party. So, here’s a focal. It’s ceramic, with a metallic copper and red glaze. As you can see, it’s also, basically, on a piece of string. This is what I’ve always done with focals.

But no more! I have 20 metres of copper wire, matching tiger-tail, way too many beads and a determination that outstrips my actual talent exponentially.

Bracelet created because I had (most of) these beads out and it was easier to make them into something than to work out where they belonged and put them there. Tiger eye rounds, haematite rounds and hoops, 24k plated Delicas and the ones in the middle of the hoops are garnets, honest (thank you camera).

Valentine-themed hairpins with Swarovski hearts, garnet and carnelian. Was glad I was able to find the rust-coloured tiger tail as I really think that makes these.
